Sunday, September 15, 2019 - Second of two I have opened this year. Disgorged 08/2018, 60% PN, 40% PM. 3 g/l dosage. Color is a mix of pink and salmon, a lightish orange. The red fruits are delicious here, a blend of strawberry and watermelon. The balance here is dialed in, so the wine translates with an evenness, yet has some good spine and some bread dough in the finish to add some additional complexity. I enjoyed both bottles and will re-buy again when I see it offered.
