Wednesday, October 2, 2019 - Wednesday Night "Chardonnay" Blind Tasting (Miramonte Winery): Tasted blind. Pale lemon in color; funky nose of truffle, dough, flint, citrus and green apple. Mouth watering acidity, lingering sour lime. 13% alcohol

Guessed to be a Cotes de Beaune.
