Monday, October 21, 2019 - Picked this up at Costco for $19, and at that price, it performs quite nicely. Lemon curd, limestone in abundance, orange peel and hints of sourdough on a slightly reticent nose. Palate is sharp, light bodied and ready to drink. Could use a bit more concentration. Exhibits lots of sour green apple, saline and deep mineral driven notes. Very fresh and vibrant. Good length if a tad bitter on the finish. Simple, yet hits the spot. Easy to drain the bottle.
