Saturday, October 26, 2019 - Pale gold in color. Lemon, wet stones and sea water on the nose. Dry on the palate, medium plus acid, medium alcohol, medium bodied, supple almost voluptuous mouthfeel balanced by the acid. Mid-length finish. Went well with sushi.
