Monday, October 28, 2019 - Opened and decanted for a about an hour. Fruit forward on the nose. Almost syrupy on the palate with a sweetness to it, very fruit forward. I sipped a glass while making dinner and it was a little disappointing, but when I drank it with dinner, food made all the difference. Paired it with pasta, sausage and meatballs. Have 2 other bottles in my cellar, will wait to see the difference a little time makes on this wine.
