Saturday, November 30, 2019 - Tired wine. No signs of or leaking, but the cork sheared when I attempted to twist it out. Color was pale copper, with large, sparse, languid bubbles incapable of forming mousse. On the palate there was brioche, but all in all this was just old and tired. No sense of liveliness or energy to it.

Served with a flight of 3 Osetras, plus lobster & black winter truffle risotto .
