Thursday, December 26, 2019 - Dark and deep red color, very dense in the glass. Deep, dark fruit on the nose, with some earth and a bit of chocolate as well. Nice fruit, well-balanced, the finish stuck around for quite a while with a pleasant fruity but drying sensation on the tongue. Served with grilled burgers, the wine really showed well.
