Saturday, January 11, 2020 - Cool climate shiraz with pepper and spice on the nose. Palate sweeter than expected in a good way, balance perfect with long finish. Meaty bits, touch of green but all sitting nicely and pulling up the reigns in time to make this a lot of fun.
