Monday, January 13, 2020 - I drank the first bottle of this by the end of February 2019. Back then this wine had a fresh floral note, was crisp and clean and very pleasant all around.

Today however, this dry Riesling has aged significantly. It is still good, but it seems to have matured at an accelerated pace. There is already an underlying acerbity in the finish and I'm afraid it will cross the line to "undrinkable" sometime soon. Well, a new vintage will be available soon, I hope...
