Thursday, December 12, 2019 - Election Night 2019 at Jordan's.: The cabernet profile was clear with a lovely nose of tar and blackcurrant. The palate was well structured with good fruit and a tanic back-bone. Clearly new world but as with so many Chilean reds, the tanins prevented this from coming across as a fruit-bomb.
