Saturday, January 18, 2020 - Clear medium purple

Ripe black fruit, plums
Cola + (struck match at first but it fades)
Animal - dried horse dung
Pepper
Bitter chinese herbs in the background


Black fruit, fresh herbaceous notes (sticks?)/bitter herbal notes, cola
Dry
High tannins
Med+ body
Med alc
Med acid
Med+ finish

It's ok - a tannin-structured wine with good freshness. Not sure if it's meant to keep. The soft but abundant tannins are probably what help the wine stand out...
