Tuesday, January 28, 2020 - Dense ruby color with good clarity. Smells jumped out of the bottle when the cork popped and on pour. Smells are ripe blueberry, currant, dark chocolate, and earth. Smell is incredible. Tastes are cherry, blueberries, licorice, sweet sassafrass, with subtle peppery spice. Finish is long and ripe and the tannins are satin fine. This is bottled hedonism
