Sunday, February 16, 2020 - I decanted for an hour. It got better after about another 30-60 minutes. It started with an abundant funk and then moved more in to a slightly more funky than Cayuse range. Heavy on umami with iodine, meat, blood but also a hint of metallic taste. It is a strange flavor profile. I feel like this was better than 2011 and 2012.
