2/22/2020 5:20:00 PM - A day 2 glass about 48 hours after the bottle was opened - still very good tonight. I think I saw another taster compare this to Syrah, and I can see that. Doesn't feel like it's being consumed too early at five years of age, but at the same time, I think this has the potential for another 5-10 years of aging, if you want to continue to hold.
