Thursday, February 20, 2020 - Single vineyeard. Apple-green, a bit petillant, watery rim, 12% abv. ose of apple, eucalyptus, pineapple and hints of petroleum. Dry, high acidity, medium(-) alcohol and body. Medium palate of lemon, apple, lemon pith giving a slight bitter twist. Clean, bright and and rather short zesty finish
Not as bone-dry as the previous Pewsey's I sampled.
