Saturday, February 29, 2020 - This wine is young, evidenced by its pale colour and a clear and brilliant shine. Aromas of green apple and lime give an appealing freshness to the nose. A little spritz on the palate makes for a refreshing wine, low in alcohol and body and deliciously off-dry. Balanced, already intense but too young to have developed a bouquet and layered complexity. Great aperitif wine now but it will be a real treat if you can hide it in your cellar for another 5 years. Incredible value for money.
