Sunday, March 8, 2020 - Blind tasted by my guests who guessed Jura. It does have a bit of that oxidized apples thing to it but it is more focused than that and the sharp acid backbone indicated to me that this needs more time as befits the excellent vintage for whites in 2014. It did open with airtime but for my palate I found little evolution. No premox here!
