Wednesday, March 25, 2020 - Still young but really rather nice - the nose isn’t particularly complex yet, but it does show beautifully ripe green apple and quince with a refreshing mineral note. Similar palate with great sap and kiwi, verbena notes. The finish is sneakily long - not intense, but persistent.
