Thursday, April 16, 2020 - Slightly funky; whole bunch pressing from old(ish) bush vines aged in various age oak of varying size with minimal SO2 only added at bottling.
Pale (almost medium) lemon, dry, high acidity, medium (13%) alcohol, medium (+) body, pronounced intensity, medium (slightly bitter) finish with aromas and flavours of quince, yellow apple, roast lemon peel, cream, yoghurt, toast, hints of vanilla and clove.
