Friday, May 1, 2020 - Coravined 2 glasses tonight. Aging wonderfully and really coming into its own right now. Bright youthful nose of violets and strawberries. Soft on the mouthfeel the vibrant flavors of raspberries and dark fruit emanate effortlessly. Nice long savory finish makes this incredibly enjoyable. Notably pairing aged Kutch Pinots with spicy, Latin foods really seems to be a great combination. It really draws out the diverse, rich flavors in the wine while also augmenting otherwise fine spicy meats.
