Monday, May 4, 2020 - I am substantially upgrading my score as this has completely changed after being open a week. It may deserve an even higher score. I have one more bottle of this and several other Schaefer ‘17s. I will not touch them for at least three, maybe five years. I apologize for my hasty review, and while Riesling can change and needs time this was much more dramatic than usual.
