Monday, May 4, 2020 - I used to hate most Australian wines due to their overcooked jammy crappiness... This is not that. This one spares the excessive fruit entry, has taught tannins, with good but restrained acidity. Some creaminess lingers in the finish with woody goodness. This is a crunchy big boy wine that surprise you with what it isn’t.
