Sunday, May 24, 2020 - Tasted double blind. Apparently super allocated, and not a bottling I’ve had before. Big apple notes on the nose with a bit of lemon, similar on the front palate. There wasn’t really much brioche, the bubbles were a bit big and the finish was short and a bit bitter, which made me think it was some kind of weird sparking chenin. Not my thing.
