Saturday, July 4, 2020 - Wednesday Wine Education #2; 7/1/2020-7/8/2020 (Grapes & Grains, Temecula, CA): Waited too long, over-the-hill. The nose was all over-ripe prune and raisin. Tasted flat. Could have been cooked, could have been oxidized. For a 20-year-old cork, there was hardly any staining and the cork was removed without difficulty.
