Wednesday, July 8, 2020 - Time has been very kind to this wonderfully mature wine. Still showing ripe fruit flavors of dark cherry and blackberry, mature notes of beef blood, fig, smoked hickory, and black licorice provide depth. Black pepper, anise, cocoa, and eucalyptus sing on the savory, drying finish. Bravo to David Bradley for crafting an authentic tasting SoCal Syrah!
