Tuesday, July 21, 2020 - Better by itself in the comfort of my home rather than tasted against a young, energetic Pouilly-Fuisse. Nose shows lovely mature notes of yogurt, raw bread dough, hay, mushroom, pear, peach, and spice. Palate is mostly dried apricots, melon rind, lemon zest, mineral, and nutmeg. Even a little dried banana chip character on the medium length finish. Still shows well,but drink now.
