Tuesday, September 1, 2020 - Says 14% on the label but the diners at the lunch table all noted a bit of alcohol heat. However the fruit really stood out. More plum than red berry, excellent body enhanced by the oak (was that a whiff of coconut or did I imagine it?) smooth tannins, nice line of acid and very good length. I might have opened this one a bit early but it is drinking really well. Went down a treat with the rack of lamb and roast vegetables. 92+
