Friday, September 25, 2020 - Solid general Bourgogne from Coche. I don’t like that he actually prints Chardonnay on the label, but je ne sais rien. Anyway on to the wine. It started out tart and tangy on first pour. But after 15-30 minutes it evolved to a nicely texted richer flavored WB. Medium golden/green straw color and Medium bodied.medium plus acid. Lemony zest, tart apple and spring flowers and a nice touch of pie crust. Decent finish. Highly recommend. It is coche, my man.
