Sunday, September 27, 2020 - Excellent on opening, lots of classic sauv blanc elements. I think the acidity got to me over the course of the bottle, though. Also, I don't think it held well over night, becoming less aromatic and more emphasis on the acidity. Might buy more at $10+.
