Sunday, October 18, 2020 - Bordeaux-style blend of approximately 75% Cabernet, 22% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc.

Popped and poured and let this develop on the glass over the next hour.
Smooth tannins with slightly tart raspberry, eucalyptus and spice.
Had with a nice sous vide skirt steak.

Not a typical cab profile. Liked the wine, but not what was expected.
Liked the wine, but will reserve judgement until it has had some more time to open up. Would have thought more cab franc than reported
