Sunday, November 1, 2020 - This youthful @hermannjwiemer Cab Franc comes from an estate thar spans 80-acres on the western slopes of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York.

Aromas of red fruit and bell pepper. Generous amounts of raspberry and plum on the palate. Medium body with medium+ tannins and acidity. Medium finish with a touch of black pepper.

While delicious now some aging will definitely enhance this wine.

The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.
