Friday, November 13, 2020 - Really in a good place. The perfect spot between too young and too old. Excellent fruit and balance. Impressive. Make me want to find more of this wine.
11/14/2020 10:16:00 AM - Have you had other 08s recently? To me the vintage has a crunchiness to the acidity (sorry for imprecise language there) that I'm worried will ever resolve... would love to hear it's starting to dissipate.
11/14/2020 10:34:00 AM - This and the 2008 Pruliers both showed very well yesterday. The Perrieres is more advanced than the Pruliers. The Pruliers needed a decant and time to show its best. The Perrieres was excellent right out of the gate and held up over time. These were tasted over about a 6 hour period along with 7 other Chevillon NSG 1ers.
