Sunday, November 29, 2020 - I must agree with the classic critics. Magic, of course. Nice nose, of course. Full body, of course. But not in line what you are used to from Haut Brion. For this price category (without being judgemental), one exepcts just that extra touch. Both the nose and the taste fade faster than expected. Still a great wine, but missed the perfection one can find in tha 1996, 2000, 2005, 2016, etc vintages.
