Saturday, December 12, 2020 - Probably a bit past its peak due to the sharpish finish. Opened and let it sit for 45 minutes or so. Nose of plum and violets. Full mouth feel of plum, leaves/tobacco and relatively high acids with a cranberry/tannic finish. Better with food. Still enjoyable and good quality. Probably good for a few more years. Updated the CT drinking window, reducing it from 2040. Good +
