Wednesday, December 16, 2020 - From a half bottle. No decant. 30 minutes air. This is a nice claret from a great vintage. It has some nice brambley fruit with a charming rustic touch. It’s ready to open, although I’m sure this will continue to develop. For a weeknight beverage, this will do just fine.
