Monday, December 21, 2020 - Ready to go with a 2 hour decant. Lots of blue fruits on day 1, which seemed to intensify and add a bit of a cherry liqueur note on Day 2. Paired great with a big fatty ribeye roast. Don't hesitate to drink now.
