Thursday, December 24, 2020 - Bright cherry and dark red fruit on the nose. Beautifully balanced tannins and acidity for a pinot. Because its unfiltered / unfined, a little cloudy compared to most pinots, but adds layers of complexity you don't find elsewhere.
