Tuesday, January 5, 2021 - I decanted this bottle for 3+ hours and it was fabulous. Mid palate absolutely bursting with flavor and a finish that was incredible.
I had this on release along side the Chante Le Merle. The La Folie was muted and the Chante Le Merle really was singing! Now the exact opposite is true. It sure is hard to figure out wine!!
