Friday, January 8, 2021 - On the nose, ripe cherries and spices with a touch of leather. Some barnyard and earthy aromas. On the palette, the same, but with greater intensity. Slightly stewed cherries and strawberries. Mouthwatering acidity with hints of earth, leather and cigar box. Very well balanced. An extreme pleasure to drink and in a great place right now.
