In general, we find most Bookers have a signature smoothness without losing balance, a rarity for big extracted wines. The tartness and extra pinch of acid imparted by the Tempranillo (notated as a negative by others) is a plus as far as we’re concerned, making it more food friendly and less fatiguing.
