Monday, January 18, 2021 - Soil driven savoury wine, with lovely finesse and silky texture. Has a deep mineral core, with a touch of brine, maybe even soy sauce. Hints of dark cherry and cherry skin emerge with air to add depth and complexity. Incredibly drinkable and food friendly, with hidden depths to spark one’s imagination. Tannins are pure silk. 90-year-old vines from two plots (Le Créot and Pince-vin, a total of 1 hectare).
