Friday, March 5, 2021 - Still very pale gold with a distinct greenish hue - so spite its age no real sign of oxidation (closure is Stelvin btw). Nose has distinct white stone fruit with a hint of lime - initially a slight petrol note although this seemed to blow off after opening. Wonderful full unctuous palate with white peach, grapefruit and lime, but the acidity quite muted and a lovely mouthfeel with a long, long stone fruit citrus finish. Very far from over the hill at 11 years young. What can one say more? Bravo!
