Friday, March 5, 2021 - This "Baby 'Bello" is drinking so well right now after a few hour decant. Just a great balance between enough black fruits, drying tannins and acidity without going too far. Drink now with a decant or hold for several more years, you can't go wrong. Day 2 = Day 1
