Wednesday, March 10, 2021 - Opened then re-corked for an hour and a half. Drank with dinner. The nose was very good but somewhat less bold than I expected. The palate was nicely balanced with good acidity dark cherry and cassis. The finish started with some earthiness and a bit of tannins but was only of medium length.
