Thursday, March 18, 2021 - Popped and poured at cellar temp. Interesting color, rich yellow with just a tinge of pink. Smelling it my brain went right to a rich vermentino. Nice rich minerality and white pears on the nose. Lovely texture, sweet white fruit and crisp acid filled finish. No hurry to drink, not sure how much more complexity it will pick up. Another nice white from Piedmont!
