Saturday, March 20, 2021 - This is a Chairman's Selection in Pennsylvania, for a measly $12. An appealing nose of apple and osmanthus (or maybe a little dried apricot). On the palate, zesty acidity and more orchard fruits. The finish is elegant and lovely, and this was fabulous with sushi. In a few months, we'll be in the Outer Banks, cooking pristine fish, fresh off the boat. I told my wife, we need to have a few bottles of this wine, because it's a stunner.
