Wednesday, April 28, 2021 - The nose aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant. It is a chewy and full body wine with some black pepper and clove adding spice to a rather dark plum oriented body. Leather and smoky wood completes this very good drink. A well balanced long finish with the sour cherries on top. This is a elegant wine i would happily enjoy with some red meat.
