Saturday, May 1, 2021 - Ripe red fruits, cassis, currants, cherry, raspberry, red apple skin, red plum, dried earth, leaf tobacco and cigar box, fine baking spices, clove, cinnamon and a touch of vanilla. This is perfectly balanced, medium tannin, acidity and medium plus body and length. This has the perfect weight and one of the better red fruit dominant cabs in the valley. Drinks well as a PnP, but will be putting this in a decanter for four hours before dinner.

    7/7/2021 3:08:00 AM - Greetings,
You scare me when you indicate “red fruit dominant” in this wine. Does the wine taste reddish almost eliminating other finer aspects? Dave
