Thursday, January 8, 2009 - Light straw/golden color. Wet minerals, dried apricots and a slight hint of pine. Medium acidity, with a pleasant savory finish. There was a hint of richness at the end of the palate. Nice white pepper and sublte cynar notes. Straight forward and very enjoyable. Would buy (and consume!) again.
