Monday, May 10, 2021 - Airoldi - Bordeaux En Primeur 2020 (Quay Restaurant, International Passenger Terminal, Sydney): Aromas of cream, butter with green fruits playing second fiddle. Juicy but the fruit is muted here behind spice, cream, butter and slight grainy texture. Meh.
